01 Who processes your data

02 What data we collect

• Request form data: the name, email, phone number and message you submit yourself.
• Technical data: IP address, date and time of the request and browser type, recorded by the hosting provider in security logs.
• Cookies: strictly necessary cookies only, used to run the site and store your cookie choice. Details are in the Cookie policy.

We do not collect special categories of data and we do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

03 Purposes and legal basis

• Handling your request and preparing a quotation — on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box in the form, and to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Website security and prevention of abuse — on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Compliance with legal obligations — where the law requires us to keep records (Art. 6(1)(c)).

04 How long we keep it

Request data is kept for up to 24 months from the last contact and is then deleted. If a contract follows from your request, the data is kept for the term of that contract and for the retention period required by law. Server logs are kept for no longer than 12 months.

05 Who we share data with

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing. Access may be given only to:

• our hosting and email providers, acting as processors under a contract;
• public authorities, strictly in the cases provided for by law.

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is based on the EU standard contractual clauses or another permitted safeguard (Chapter V GDPR).

06 Your rights

You have the right to access your data; to request its rectification or erasure; to restrict or object to processing; to receive your data in a structured format (portability); and to withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

To exercise these rights write to info@etiko.com.ua. We reply within 30 days.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights; in the EU, the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

07 Security

The website runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Only authorized ETIKO staff have access to submitted requests. We apply organizational and technical measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss or alteration of data.

08 Changes to this policy

The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update. We will announce any material change on the website.
